The 2331 Alkaline Cyanide-free Zinc-nickel Plating process was upgraded again with easier operation

After producing the 2331 Alkaline Cyanide-free Zinc-nickel Plating process in 2004, Ekem continues to collect a large amount of experimental data and made progress again through recent repeated analysis. Ekem has produced a new generation of process formula with more convenient operation and better use. On the original technology basis of nickel content (10-15% ) and the stability of plating solution temperature (25 ℃ -45 ℃), as well as with good deposition, it achieves the following two big breakthrough:
Easier operation: the new process is only divided into three components (complex agent, nickel solution and brightener). The bath can be normal, and the operation and aegis are easier. While the traditional process with narrow operating range is not easy to control, so it needs to prepare 4-8 components at least and it’s difficult to maintain.
Wider range of operating current: for the traditional technology (including imported products), the deposit uniforms above 5 cm when at 6A current density, but the deposit of 2331 Alkaline Cyanide-free Zinc-nickel Plating process uniform only 0.5 cm when at 6 A current density.
