On October 12, 2008, the Forum of Chinese Electronics Manufacturing Technology was held in Dongguan City, and Ye Jindui, president of Ekem, who is also the vice chairman of expert committee of of China Electroplating Association, was invited to the forum. This forum mainly discussed and exchanged views on the latest electronics manufacturing technologies and environmental protection requirements, including electroplating and electronics manufacturing.
In recent years, electronics manufacturing in China witnessed a rapid development. With the development of industry and the demand for environmental protection, many new domains of micro-electronics manufacturing, new technologies and new materials appeared, such as optoelectronic encapsulation, solar battery assembly, and LED encapsulation and assembly. To improve China’s electronics manufacturing technology and help solve technical bottlenecks, the Production Technology Branch of Chinese Institute of Electronics held “2008 Chinese Electronics Manufacturing Technology Forum”, inviting famous experts and professors home and abroad, expert representatives of leading enterprise to make a thorough analysis and discussion on the trend of the development of Chinese electronics manufacturing and technical innovation.
