In December 2008, Ekem’s new product 262 Super corrosion-resistant blue trivalent chromating passivation agent entered the market. It has a superior corrosion resistance and sticks up to 96 hours in ASTMB117 neutral salt spray test at barrel plating and does not appear white rust when up to 168 hours at hanging plating. It is particularly suitable for requirements of high corrosion resistance of acid zinc plating.
